Description

The Torre de Agua Caliente is an iconic historical monument located in Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico. Built in the 1920s, it was originally part of the Agua Caliente Casino, an exclusive resort complex that included a hotel, spa, and casino, designed to attract visitors, primarily from the United States, during the Prohibition era. The tower stands out for its Spanish Colonial Revival architecture, with an imposing structure that has remained a symbol of Tijuana's identity. Over the years, it has survived fires and modifications, and although the casino no longer exists, the tower endures as a reminder of the region's rich cultural and touristic history. Today, it is considered an icon of the city and a landmark for residents and visitors alike.
